In this role, you will be responsible for the design and execution of projects ranging in size and complexity. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing technical mentorship to junior and intermediate mechanical staff. Stakeholder management, interdisciplinary coordination, communication is required soft skills towards developing and maintaining new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder management & participation in business development
  • Writing standards & procedures for the subject domain
  • Provide strong technical mentorship to junior and intermediate mechanical engineers and technologists.
  • Conduct peer reviews of engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications within the mechanical team.

Capabilities and Credentials

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures that the project communicates, reviews and reports progress on all Key Project Milestones
  • Responsible for securing, assigning, and maintaining a project delivery team containing all the resources required to successfully deliver the project.

  • Support program integration, governance, formats, plan optimization, and project controls best practices.
  • Support and advise on the definition of Project Controls and Earned Value Management policies, procedures, and the standards required to deliver projects.
